I spent a week with James Mursell learning every stage of making a Windsor Chair.This course taught me it’s possible to build furniture without the need for power tools every step of the way. Over the course of the week, we learnt: Seat carving, arm bending, leg turning, spoke shaving, joinery and finishing techniques.
