Eleni Thoma Nutrition

Eleni Thoma approached me to create a full brand identity for her London-based nutrition practice — one that would feel memorable, full of character, and grounded in professionalism. From the beginning, it was clear that trust would sit at the heart of the brand: building a connection not just through expertise, but through education, empathy, and a sense of shared journey.

Through early conversations, we uncovered the importance of Eleni’s background — her Greek-Cypriot heritage, and a philosophy shaped more by teaching than prescription. Her approach wasn’t about lists of dos and don’ts; it was about equipping clients with knowledge they could carry forward.

The brand needed a symbol that could capture that transfer of wisdom. Research into Mediterranean food culture led to oregano — a herb prized not just for its flavour, but for its health benefits and long history in traditional cooking.
The logo concept grew from this insight: a hand passing a sprig of oregano, a visual metaphor for passing on the baton of nutritional knowledge.

The result is a brand that feels approachable yet authoritative — professional without losing warmth — rooted in story, culture, and genuine connection.
